In my country there’s a phrase that literally translated to english would be: “It’s to the divine button”. It’s more used by older generations than nowadays. It sounds unreal, unclear, and weird; but it also does in spanish. They use it to say “it’s in vain”. We like to laugh about it because no ones really knows what or who is this “divine button”. A use case would be: “I went to buy new shoes to the divine button because I didn’t find my size!” It’s so funny. In private life gluing thousands of buttons on a wall, is really, to the “divine button”, or inane, but professionally it was very inspiring and decorating. Beforehand, I wanted to do a tribute to this old and strange saying by doing something with buttons, and I thought that the meaning of this maxim matched well so I took the chance, and made it in my room! To our grand parents and parents! Cheers!…
